Space Coast Dining

Nancy and Stuart were featured on the front cover of a recent Special Dining Edition of the Space Coast Living magazine.  In the article "Top Chefs Share Their Signature Dishes", Stuart actually tells you how to make one of his most famous dishes, Onion Crusted Chicken.

Any Yellow Dog Cafe regular will tell you that this is an absolutely delicious dish and commonly selected as a favorite.

For anyone that might have missed this article, we've got a copy of article along with Stuart's recipe right here...

An article was recently published in the Florida Today Bay Bulletin about Stuart's volunteer work as a "celebrity chef" at St. Joseph's Catholic School culinary class.

Not only has he shown the class a few of his tricks, as part of the curriculum, Stuart also treated the class to a tour and lunch at the Yellow Dog Cafe.
